Transfer of crude, fuels and oily water at well sites, tank farms and docks. Nitrile tube, high-tenacity textile reinforcement and helical wire for full vacuum service.
Dewatering, drainage, process water and low-pressure drilling mud. EPDM or SBR with two-ply fabric reinforcement. This line is supplied to oil-sector companies.
Slurry, tailings and sand transport in grinding circuits, dredges and processing plants. Thick natural rubber tube with high abrasion resistance for longer service life in abrasive duty.
Diluted acids and alkalis, treated water, production chemicals and industrial cleaning. High-purity EPDM tube, textile reinforcement and helical wire.
Hose is delivered assembled and pressure-tested at the plant with ANSI flanges, camlock, Bauer or nipple ends. We also mold and vulcanize rubber parts from drawings or samples: gaskets, plugs, abrasion liners for pumps and cyclones, guards and sleeves.
We control the full manufacturing process at our facility in Santa Lucía, Miranda state, about an hour from Caracas: from compound formulation to hydrostatic testing of the finished product.
Producing in-country covers custom specifications, replacement lead times and local-content requirements that imported product cannot meet.
