Oil suction and discharge hose

Rubber hose for transferring crude, fuels and oily water at well sites, tank farms and docks. Nitrile tube, high-tenacity textile reinforcement and a steel helix for vacuum service. Made in Venezuela and hydrostatically tested per batch.

Applications

Crude and produced water transfer between wellhead, separator and tank. Loading and unloading of tank trucks and barges. Temporary dewatering lines for oily pits at rigs and locations. Diesel and fuel transfer at tank farms and power plants.

The hose works equally in suction and discharge: the steel helix prevents collapse under vacuum and the textile plies carry the pressure on the discharge side.

Construction

  • Black antistatic nitrile (NBR) tube, resistant to aromatic hydrocarbons up to 40 percent.
  • Two to four high-tenacity textile plies depending on bore and pressure.
  • Embedded steel wire helix for full vacuum and to hold the section in bends.
  • Neoprene (CR) or NBR/PVC cover, resistant to weather, ozone, abrasion and oil splash.
  • Optional static-bonding wire for grounding.

Fittings and assembly

Delivered assembled and pressure-tested at the plant with fixed or floating ANSI 150 flange, camlock, nipple for clamps or Bauer coupling. Fittings are swaged in-house and each length can ship with a hydrostatic test certificate at 1.5 times working pressure on request.

Why source it in Venezuela

An imported 6" by 20 ft length takes eight to sixteen weeks to arrive cleared. We build it to the exact length the installation needs, in weeks, invoiced in US dollars or bolivars, and can repair or refit on site. Company registration documents are available for supplier onboarding.

How to request a quote

Send fluid, inside diameter, working pressure, length per section, quantity and fitting type. If you are replacing a hose in service, a photo of the fitting and the measured bore are enough to quote.
