Straight hose for power plants and industrial equipment
Straight rubber hose for the fuel, coolant, air and water lines of power plants, generators, compressors and process equipment. Multiple small bores in one order, cut to the required length. This is the line Industrias Unigom already supplies to power plants of oil-sector companies.
Applications
Fuel and return lines, engine and radiator coolant, cooling water, intake and service air, and drains on generating plants, compressors, pumps and auxiliary equipment at oilfields and industrial sites.
A typical order combines several bores and lengths for the scheduled maintenance of a whole plant; we build it as one batch with per-section marking.
Construction
- NBR tube for fuel and oil, or EPDM tube for coolant, water and air.
- Braided textile or ply reinforcement to suit the working pressure.
- CR or EPDM cover resistant to engine-room heat, ozone and weather.
- Cut to size and marked per section for easy fitting.
Advantage over imported spares
Power plant hoses are replaced at every major overhaul and OEM spares take months. We build the full set from the worn hose or the parts list, in weeks, in the same compound and size.
