Molded rubber parts and abrasion-resistant linings
We mold and vulcanize rubber parts from drawings or samples: gaskets, plugs, abrasion liners for pumps and cyclones, guards, sleeves and assembled hose fittings. In-house NR, SBR, EPDM, NBR and CR compounds, compression and injection molding.
What we make
- Abrasion liners for slurry pump casings, cyclones, chutes and hoppers.
- Flat gaskets, seals and plugs for flanges and process equipment.
- Sleeves, bellows and rubber guards for shafts, cylinders and cables.
- Hose fittings assembled and tested at the plant: ANSI flange, camlock, nipple and Bauer.
- Replacement parts for imported equipment whose OEM spare takes months to arrive.
Working from a sample
With no drawing, the worn part or a sample is enough: we measure it, match compound and hardness, build the mold and deliver a first-off part for approval before the run. This is the usual route for spares on equipment no longer supported by its manufacturer.
Choosing the compound
Natural rubber (NR) is the most abrasion resistant and the choice for slurry liners. SBR is the economical option for general-purpose parts. EPDM handles sun, ozone, hot water and diluted chemicals. NBR resists oils and hydrocarbons. Neoprene (CR) combines moderate oil resistance with good weathering. Tell us fluid, temperature and wear type and we recommend the compound.
How to request a quote
Send a drawing or photos with dimensions, quantity, fluid or material in contact, temperature and whether the part works under pressure or abrasion.
