We make nitrile gaskets for hydrocarbon storage tanks and molded, vulcanized rubber parts from drawings or samples, with in-house NR, SBR, EPDM, NBR and CR compounds. We also supply belts for oilfield hammers, already delivered to companies in the sector.

What we supply
Belts for oilfield hammers, delivered to companies in the sector. Belts are not manufactured at our plant: we supply them as a complement to the industrial line, with the same commercial attention and lead times.
Working from a sample
With no drawing, the worn part or a sample is enough: we measure it, match the compound, build the mold and deliver a first-off part for approval before the run. This is the usual route for spares on equipment no longer supported by its manufacturer.
Choosing the compound
Nitrile (NBR) resists oils and hydrocarbons and is the compound for tank gaskets. EPDM handles sun, ozone, hot water and diluted chemicals. Natural rubber (NR) is the most abrasion resistant. SBR is the economical option for general-purpose parts. Neoprene (CR) combines moderate oil resistance with good weathering. Tell us fluid, temperature and wear type and we recommend the compound.

Send a drawing or photos with dimensions, quantity, fluid or material in contact, temperature and whether the part works under pressure or abrasion. For belts, tell us the equipment and the reference of the current belt.
